A new year of our membership drive for the Simonton Lake Area Homeowners Association will begin in January of 2020.

Two of our lake residents are giving of their time in public service. 

The Membership year of the Lake Association goes from June 1 to May 31^st.

Why Join? The Lake Association’s power to help our neighborhood and protect our lake is based on membership.   

If you have misplaced the membership information that was mailed to your home, please download and complete the online form, and mail to the address provided.

A hearing will be convended in the Elkhart Circuit Court, Goshen, IN on the 23rd day of June, 2017 at 1:30 pm.  The hearing has been requested by the Board of Directors of the Simonton Lake Conservancy District so as to seek from the Elkhart Circuit Court an order authorizing implementation of the revised Conservancy District Plan. Freeholders of the Simonton Lake Conservancy District are invited and encouraged to be in attendance at the hearing.

Join the monthly BikeElkhart recreational rides!  These rides are typically on the first Tuesday of the month.
