Welcome to Simonton Lake!

This is the official website of the Simonton Lake Area Homeowners Association. Simonton Lake is located in northern Indiana and is the largest natural lake in Elkhart County. It was named in honor of Samuel Simonton in the 1800’s.

The mission of the association is to foster the safety and quality of life in our neighborhood. We strive to protect the value of our homes, the wildlife and the environment surrounding our lake, support local and state law enforcement for the safety of our families and lake visitors, and encourage active involvement in the northern Elkhart, Indiana area growth and development.

Notice of Hearing on Revised Conservancy District Plan

A hearing will be convended in the Elkhart Circuit Court, Goshen, IN on the 23rd day of June, 2017 at 1:30 pm. The hearing has been requested by the Board of Directors of the Simonton Lake Conservancy District so as to seek from the Elkhart Circuit Court an order authorizing implementation of the revised Conservancy District Plan. Freeholders of the Simonton Lake Conservancy District are invited and encouraged to be in attendance at the hearing.
