Ecozone

The Simonton Lake Ecozone on the southeast edge of the small basin is clearly marked with special buoys.  NO MOTORIZED boats or personal watercrafts are allowed inside the Ecozone buoys.  No anchoring is allowed. Only Trolling motors and non-motorized watercraft are allowed. Violations of these rules can result in a ticket by the Conservation Officer.  The Ecozone acts as a natural water filter and helps keep our water clean.
