The Conservancy Board is responsible for our sewer system and also the issues of drainage, erosion, maintenance (weed control, water quality, buoys, etc.) and the public landing.

The Conservancy District is divided into 5 section.

This year elections will be held for the representatives from Sections 4 and 5

Who are the candidates?

     Candidates for Section 4 are Bob Kelsey and Vaughn Nickell

     Candidates for Section 5 are Jane Mollo and Melissa Price

Who can vote?

     Property owners in Section 4 and 5.  Only 1 freeholder (property owner) per freehold (property) may vote.

Where are sections 4 and 5?

SECTION 4 From Flippin' Cow along State Road 19 (including some properties on the west side of the highway) to just south of Lakewood Drive. It includes homes on both sides of Lake Drive to the east side of 25783 Lake Drive.  This section also includes A, B, C, D streets and the north side of Lakewood Drive

SECTION 5 From the east edge of the home at 25783 Lake Drive east including Maplewood, Laverne Court and Lake Drive, CR 109 to approximately the intersection with Lake Drive, Baker, Themadale, Vernon Crossing and Forest Road.

How do I vote?

Vote in Person on February 16th at 5:00

Vote Absentee.  Ballots can be picked up at the Conservancy Office, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.  Or you may have a ballot mailed to you.  Absentee ballots can be mailed to the Conservancy Office or mailed.  They must be received by 4:00 on Friday, Feb. 15.
